**A digitally signed contract and $100 non-refundable deposit are both due at the time of booking to secure your session date, and is included in the sitting fee.**
Bernard Portrait Sessions:
- Sitting times are scheduled for half an hour for one child. Please allow additional time for two or more individual sittings or a group sitting.
- Proofing will be done immediately at the session. Please allow up to two weeks for final editing. Final edits will include retouching to remove any temporary blemishes. Final edits will be shown via a private online gallery for final approval before sending to print. Final prints will be mailed directly to your home.
- Clothing Color: Must be white or pale pastel.
- Clothing Style Suggestions: smocked dress, lace collar, blouse, peter pan, oxford, polo knit. Color or piping on the collar is fine. Long Sleeves are preferable for group shots.
- Studio sessions will be done at the 2479 Flores Street, San Mateo studio location.
- In-home sessions are available with full studio setup. Additional $175 for in-home setup. Travel charge of $5 per mile beyond 20 miles of 94044.

Additional Information:
- Payment for the sitting fee is due in full at the time of the session, and print fees are due at the time of print selection.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date one time, with at least a 24-hour notice. Any additional rescheduling will incur a new deposit fee.
